{"id":300,"date":"2012-10-08T10:40:13","date_gmt":"2012-10-08T10:40:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.svenskastudenthemmet.com\/?page_id=300"},"modified":"2019-08-02T09:01:26","modified_gmt":"2019-08-02T09:01:26","slug":"house-rules","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.svenskastudenthemmet.com\/en\/the-house\/house-rules\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulations"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Preamble<\/h3>\n<p>The Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois (hereinafter \u201cthe house\u201d) is one of the houses of the International university campus in Paris (CIUP), whose mission is the dialogue of cultures and exchange between students, researchers, artists and top-level athletes of all nationalities, in a spirit of tolerance and mutual respect.<\/p>\n<p>The values of peace and cooperation lie at the heart of the missions taken on by the CIUP and its houses. Experiencing it together with cultural diversity has been the subject of a Charter drawn up by the residents, which highlights open-mindedness, knowledge of one another, empathy and solidarity.<\/p>\n<p>As such, residents have an important role to play in the International campus and a responsibility to implement the values and ideals of the CIUP.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the International university campus in Paris has deliberately committed itself to a proactive approach by implementing a policy that adheres to the principles of sustainable development through the signing of the Cit\u00e9 Durable (Sustainable Campus) charter.<\/p>\n<p>These regulations set out the general rules for communal life to offer residents the best possible conditions during their stay in a bid to satisfy the objectives referred to above.<\/p>\n<p>Residents at the Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois must comply with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the general regulations of the International university campus in Paris;<\/li>\n<li>the admissions regulations at the International university campus in Paris;<\/li>\n<li>these special regulations;<\/li>\n<li>the International university campus in Paris\u2019 charter for use of computer resources. \u2028These documents can be viewed on the CIUP website. Every resident must ensure they are acquainted with these documents upon confirmation of their admission. \u2028The documents are contractual and apply to the residents, their spouses and children, guests and short-stay guests, for the part relating to them. As such, any stay within the International university campus in Paris implies unreserved acceptance of all of these provisions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Title 1 &#8211; On the residents\u2019 arrival<\/h3>\n<h4>Article 1: Welcome booklet and useful information<\/h4>\n<p>The house provides residents with all useful information for living in the establishment and this is contained in the instructions booklet.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 2: Check-in inventory<\/h4>\n<p>The accommodation is deemed to be in good condition, unless otherwise stated by the residents within 48 hours of their arrival. Residents are strongly advised to report any damage or failure within this period so that any damage is not attributed to them during or at the end of their stay.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 3: Insurance<\/h4>\n<p>Property Damage Liability Insurance:\u2028The insurance included in the fee solely covers personal belongings insurance for residents in relation to breaking and entering of the house. The amounts of the deductible and the upper limit of the guarantee are available on request.\u2028Residents with personal belongings of a higher value or those wishing to be insured under special terms are invited to take out special insurance from the organisation of their choice.\u2028In addition, residents are compensated for any damage for which the house is liable (e.g. damage caused by a burst pipe).\u2028Third-party insurance:\u2028Residents are invited to take out \u2018civil liability\u2019 insurance upon arrival.\u2028Health insurance:\u2028Residents must prove that they have valid health insurance in France.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 4: Guarantee deposit<\/h4>\n<p>In addition to the deposit paid on booking, and per the type of stay, a guarantee deposit equivalent to a maximum of a one month fee may be requested. It will be used as a guarantee if a payment has not been settled (including non-compliance with the notice period) or there is material damage, without prejudice to action for compensation where the guarantee is deemed insufficient.\u2028It should be noted that during a stay, any material damage attributed to the residents will be billed directly.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 5: Resident\u2019s card<\/h4>\n<p>According to the type of stay, on the residents\u2019 arrival and provided that their forms are complete, the house issues a card attesting to the status of the resident. This card is personal and non- transferable. This card may be requested at any time by the security services from the International university campus in Paris.<\/p>\n<h3>Title 2 &#8211; During the residents\u2019 stay<\/h3>\n<h4>Article 6: Occupancy of the accommodation<\/h4>\n<p>The allocation of accommodation is strictly individual and the sole responsibility of the management. Any transfer of accommodation, even temporary, free or otherwise, is strictly forbidden.\u2028Any violation of this provision may lead to proceedings against the occupant with neither right nor title, as well as the implementation of a disciplinary procedure against the resident as set out in the admissions regulations.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the year, the house is above all a residence for students and researchers. Residents do not have the right to engage in commercial activity in their accommodation, nor to make it the official address of a company or association.<\/p>\n<p>No permutation in accommodation between residents or any addition of furniture can be made without prior consent from management. No photography, posters or any object can be hung on the walls of the accommodation via any means likely to damage them. No posting or personal message is permitted on the outside doors of the accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>For safety and hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed in the house.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 7: Visitors &#8211; Guests<\/h4>\n<p>Any unauthorised person at the house who is not accompanied by a resident must introduce themselves at reception to declare their visit. In the event that the resident is absent or refuses them entry, access to the house is not permitted. No visits can be made between 23:00 pm and 07:00 am. Residents may ask to host a guest (just one at a time) for a limited duration which is determined by the house management.Residents must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ensure they declare the guest they wish to host for one or several nights at the house reception<\/li>\n<li>pay the daily tax as set out in the pricing grid upon declaration<\/li>\n<li>and, if they so wish, request an additional bed 48 hours in advance (attention must be paid to \u2028reception desk opening hours). \u2028The house has a limited number of extra beds. Where an extra bed is unavailable, this does not excuse the residents from declaring their guest nor paying the daily tax.\u2028\u2018Unused\u2019 nights will not be reimbursed. \u2028Residents are answerable for the behaviour of the people they invite. \u2028Residents must be present whilst their guest is staying: this may under no circumstances be part of a subletting or loan agreement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fee : 10 euros per night.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 8: Payment of fees<\/h4>\n<p>The fees are not considered to be rent, but rather compensation for the right to occupy accommodation and have access to a certain number of related services.<\/p>\n<p>The pricing grid for the fees and various payable services within the house is decided on each year by its Administration board. It is available at the house reception and on its website. The rates are fixed and non-negotiable. They may vary depending on the resident\u2019s status, age, the duration of his or her stay and the type of accommodation.<\/p>\n<p>The fee must be paid to the house between 1st and 5th of every month.<\/p>\n<p>Late payment or non-payment is likely to give rise to disciplinary measures that may ultimately lead to the resident being excluded (ref. Admissions regulations).<\/p>\n<p>With the exception of short-term stays (ref. house pricing grid), each two weeks started is payable at the beginning. This rule applies at the beginning and end of the stay.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 9: Absence &#8211; Illness<\/h4>\n<p>For safety reasons, residents are strongly encouraged to alert the house\u2019s administration of any absence that is greater than one week.\u2028In the event of illness, residents are invited to report it to management. If their state of health requires it, they will be referred to the hospital for treatment at their own expense.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 10: Maintenance of accommodation<\/h4>\n<p><strong>General provision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Residents are required to keep their accommodation in a good state of cleanliness. Failing this, and after two reminders that prove ineffective, cleaning services may be billed to them (ref. pricing grid). Any technical anomaly or incident must be reported to reception as soon as possible.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maintenance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With maintenance of the accommodation being the house\u2019s responsibility, authorised staff are required to be able to access this accommodation.\u2028With respect for the residents\u2019 private life, any maintenance, cleaning or repair work that may be scheduled is brought to the attention of the residents concerned (by email, notice, telephone or post), who are informed of the day and time slot that the staff member will call around.<\/p>\n<p>In case of emergency (water damage for example), authorised staff may access the accommodation without prior notice. Residents are informed of any intervention that has taken place.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Housekeeping<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The cleaning of accommodation is a regular and compulsory service.\u2028Residents are deemed to have been warned of this intervention via the posting up of the schedule and must tidy their belongings so as to facilitate the housekeeper\u2019s task.\u2028The sheets are changed regularly according to a set schedule provided. Used sheets must be placed at the foot of the bed to be exchanged for fresh ones.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 11: Sustainable development<\/h4>\n<p>In order to satisfy the objectives of the Charte Cit\u00e9 durable (Sustainable Campus Charter), residents undertake to adhere to certain instructions relating to the reduction in the consumption of energy and water as well as the recycling of waste, which will be communicated to them during their stay. In addition, they must avoid any unjustified pollution to ensure that the house remains in a safe, high quality environment. Notwithstanding the general nature of the foregoing, residents must:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>turn off lights, lamps and electrical equipment, which is not being used in their room and in \u2028common spaces;<\/li>\n<li>avoid leaving water running needlessly in the showers and toilets;<\/li>\n<li>in the event of absence, close windows and Velux skylights to prevent water damage;<\/li>\n<li>regularly empty their bin into the designated containers, sorting out the waste. \u2028The following is forbidden:<\/li>\n<li>keeping perishable food in the open air so as to avoid the proliferation of insects;<\/li>\n<li>hanging out wet washing in the accommodation (risk of mould) or outside the windows \u2028(respect the exterior of the house).\u2028After three strikes, disciplinary measures may be applied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Article 12: Rules on communal living<\/h4>\n<p>Communal life implies the sharing of certain values like tolerance and mutual respect. On a day- to-day basis, residents have a major role in the implementation of these principles.\u2028Generally, residents endeavour to keep any inconvenience to fellow occupants to a minimum.<\/p>\n<p>In this regard, the following is forbidden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>smoking (including electronic cigarettes), except in areas specially designated by management;<\/li>\n<li>causing noise pollution in the rooms and common spaces, with complete silence between 23:00pm and 07:00am;<\/li>\n<li>monopolising the kitchens or other common spaces for parties or meetings without the management\u2019s authorisation. \u2028Residents must immediately report any infestation of insects or pests to the house administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Article 13: Common spaces<\/h4>\n<p>Each house has common spaces. Residents must adhere to the rules of use and the opening times, which are displayed or specified in the Welcome booklet. Among other things, they must wash up and put away their dishes and, after use, clean the work surfaces, household electrical devices, sinks and tables in the kitchens, the collective showers and toilet blocks and other common spaces.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 14: Residents\u2019 Committee<\/h4>\n<p>A residents\u2019 committee is elected each year, at the start of the University year.\u2028It contributes to the cultural, artistic, social and sporting life of the house, ensures good complicity between the community, in exchanges between the residents and with the management, and where appropriate, with the committees of the Campus\u2019 other houses.\u2028The committee is the body with which the residents liaise with management to discuss particular matters, requests or any problems encountered.\u2028An area is placed at its disposal and a budget is allocated for it each year by the house.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 15: Expression, meetings, displays<\/h4>\n<p>The Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois guarantees its residents the chance to exercise their freedom of expression and assembly.\u2028This freedom is exercised with a strict respect for the pluralism of opinion, rights and freedoms of other residents, as well as the values, ideals and general rules of the Campus, excluding any form of preaching.<\/p>\n<p>In terms of assembly, residents are free to gather amongst themselves in spaces dedicated for this purpose. If the assembly becomes more formal, the house administration must be warned. If it takes on a greater dimension, notably including people from outside the said house or Campus, its organisation is subject to more specific procedures and more specific procedures, which it is down to the house to determine, notably with regards to the responsibilities to be taken on.<\/p>\n<p>A noticeboard is placed at the residents\u2019 disposal for which the residents\u2019 committee is responsible. Any outside communication giving rise to displays or broadcasting within the house must be endorsed beforehand by management.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 16: Security<\/h4>\n<p>Access to the building<\/p>\n<p>For the obvious security reasons, residents are asked to constantly be on their guard in order to preserve everyone\u2019s safety. To this end, residents must ensure that they:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>do not pass on the access code to any third party (visitors, delivery drivers&#8230;), but go down in person to open the door to them;<\/li>\n<li>ensure that the main entry door is closed properly again and not to let unknown people enter behind them;<\/li>\n<li>not let visitors in via the emergency exits;<\/li>\n<li>be particularly attentive to the access card\/key entrusted to them on their arrival. \u2028The access card\/key to the house and the residents\u2019 accommodation is strictly personal. It must not be loaned out. In the event that it is lost, residents must buy another from the house administration. \u2028Outside the house administration\u2019s opening hours, if the access card\/key is lost or accidentally left behind inside the accommodation and the CIUP security service is subsequently required to intervene to open the accommodation to the resident, the latter may incur a fine (ref. house pricing grid), in addition to a fee for replacing the access card\/key if need be.<\/li>\n<li>Basic safety regulations<\/li>\n<li>\u2028Inside the building, residents must ensure basic safety measures.\u2028In the event of absence, even for a short duration, residents must ensure that their door and window (for accommodation on the ground floor) is closed to prevent intrusion and theft. \u2028It is forbidden to place or hang objects on the windowsill, as is sitting on the window ledges. The house cannot be held liable in the event of an accident.\u2028Residents must store their bicycles in the area designed for this purpose. No motor vehicle can be garaged here. \u2028Residents are not permitted to park their vehicle in the CIUP enclosure. Special authorisation may be granted for a maximum of two hours when moving in or out. This authorisation can be requested from the house management, which contacts the CIUP\u2019s security service.<\/li>\n<li>Fire Safety<\/li>\n<li>The evacuation and fire alarm devices guarantee the residents\u2019 safety.\u2028Any action preventing or restricting their normal operation will lead to disciplinary measures and ultimately the potential exclusion of the resident as well as a financial penalty if need be (replacement of an extinguisher for example) according to the house pricing grid. To guarantee the efficient evacuation of the residents in the event of a fire, walkways, stairwells, stairways and emergency exits must remain clear of objects like bicycles, prams, suitcases, etc. Similarly, emergency exits are supplied with fire safety devices (crash bar, alarm) which must be kept in good working order. This is why it is forbidden to use the emergency exits as a means of accessing or exiting the building (unless it is during an evacuation drill or in the event of a fire). \u2028In order to limit the risk of fire, certain equipment, aside from that supplied by the house, is not permitted in the accommodation: \u2028appliances with high electrical consumption (pressure cooker, hotplates, microwaves, radiator, air conditioning&#8230;), gas appliances and candles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Solely modern electric and electronic equipment is permitted: Hi-Fi, video, telephone, computer equipment, hairdryer or kettle with low electrical consumption.\u2028In the event of violation of this rule, the resident is summoned in writing to remove the prohibited device from the accommodation as soon as possible. The resident can keep it in the space designated for storage by the house administration until he or she leaves. Failing this, the device may be removed by the house\u2019s authorised staff and retained until the resident leaves.<\/p>\n<p>In the event that there is a question or a problem relating to safety within the International university campus in Paris, the security service is at the disposal of both the houses and the residents.<\/p>\n<p>24\/7 \u25ba Central Safety Post: +33 (0)1 43 13 65 10<\/p>\n<h3>Title 3 &#8211; Residents\u2019 departure<\/h3>\n<h4>Article 17: Early departure<\/h4>\n<p>Should the residents wish to leave the accommodation before the period for which they have been admitted is up, they must inform the house administration in writing (e-mail or hand-delivered letter):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>for stays in excess of 3 months: at least one month before their departure.<\/li>\n<li>for stays between 1 and 3 months: at least two weeks in advance. \u2028In any case, it is pointed out that every two weeks begun is payable.\u2028On the day of their departure, residents are required to vacate their accommodation before the time indicated by the house. Failing this, an additional night will be payable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Article 18: Check-out inventory<\/h4>\n<p>Prior to their departure, residents must sign a check-out inventory drawn up with a representative from the house administration. If damage is found, its financial cost may be deducted from the guarantee deposit.\u2028If residents do not sign the inventory, they may not later contest possible deductions made from their guarantee deposit.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 19: Post<\/h4>\n<p>Residents can only receive post that is addressed to them personally. In the event of a temporary or definitive departure, the house is not required to hold onto their post, or pass it on to a third party, whether or not they are resident. Any temporary change of address must be communicated to the post office.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 20: Luggage<\/h4>\n<p>The house have a luggage room.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 21: Return of the guarantee deposit<\/h4>\n<p>The guarantee deposit is returned to outgoing residents, after deducting any outstanding payments if need be (fees, notice period, damage).\u2028Any refund is made within a maximum of two months, provided all their personal belongings have been removed.<\/p>\n<h3>Title 4 \u2013 Disciplinary measures<\/h3>\n<h4>Article 22: Warning<\/h4>\n<p>Any breach of these special regulations may give rise to a warning, which will be notified via a letter from the general delegate of the National Foundation addressed to the resident(s) concerned.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 23: Withdrawal of the resident status<\/h4>\n<p>In the event of serious or repeated infringement, the general delegate of the National Foundation may withdraw the resident status and start legal proceedings against the resident in question.<\/p>\n<h3>Title 5 \u2013 special provisions<\/h3>\n<h4>Article 24: Video protection<\/h4>\n<p>Certain common spaces may be placed under video protection for safety reasons. In this instance, signage is displayed at the entrance to the venue.\u2028For any further information, residents may contact management.<\/p>\n<h4>Article 25: Use of personal data<\/h4>\n<p>GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with provisions of the French law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, data files and personal liberties, you have a right of access, opposition, rectification, portability and deletion of your personal information, as well as a right to limit the processing thereof. To exercise this right, you may send an e-mail to: <a href=\"mailto:contact@maisondelasuede.org\">contact@maisondelasuede.org<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Your data will be processed and used only to the extent necessary for the processing of your application and if necessary for the management of your stay. Personal information collected through our request forms is recorded by Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois.<\/p>\n<p>Your personnal information is retained for the period of time necessary to study your application and, in the event that your application is successful, during statutory residence time provided for in the admission.<\/p>\n<p>You can exercise your right to delete your personnal information under the conditions below\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p>A longer conservation is permitted if imposed by a legal or regulatory obligation. Also, you are informed that for purpose of historical archiving (article 17 of the general data protection regulations), the datat relationg to (name, first name, birth, nationality, dates of stay, host house, academic institution, level and field of study) cannot be subject to the right of deletion and will be retained without any time limit.<\/p>\n<p>During the retention period of your personal data, we undertake to implement the necessary measures to ensure the confidentiality and security of your personal data.<\/p>\n<p>Access to your personal data is strictly limited to Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois, and to Cit\u00e9 internationale universitaire de Paris as well as our subcontractors and partners. They can only use your data in accordance with our contractual provisions and the applicable legislation on the protection of personal data.<\/p>\n<p>We undertale, unsell legally required, not to sell, lease, assign or give access to third parties to your data without your prior consent.<\/p>\n<p>In compliance with provisions of the French law relating to data processing, data files and personal liberties, you have a right of access, opposition, rectification, portability and deletion of your personal information, as well as a right to limit the processing thereof.<\/p>\n<p>To excercise this right, you may send an email to\u00a0: <a href=\"mailto:contact@maisondelasuede.org\">contact@maisondelasuede.org<\/a><\/p>\n<h4>For further information go to\u00a0: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnil.fr\">www.cnil.fr<\/a><\/h4>\n<h4>Article 26\u00a0: right of personal portrayal<\/h4>\n<p>During their stay, residents may be required to be photographed, recorded or filmed in the common spaces during events organised by the house or in the context of action designed to promote the house.\u2028Acceptance of these regulations is expressly authorised by the residents (and their spouse and children) to fix, reproduce and communicate their image and\/or their voice within the context of non-commercial communication by the house and waiver the right to be credited in the film credits or in the photograph caption.<\/p>\n<p>This authorisation is valid for ten years from the moment they leave the CIUP for any reason whatsoever.\u2028Resident may terminate this authorisation at any time via a letter or email sent to the house management.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Preamble The Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois (hereinafter \u201cthe house\u201d) is one of the houses of the International university campus in Paris (CIUP), whose mission is the dialogue of cultures and exchange between students, researchers, artists and top-level athletes of all nationalities, in a spirit of tolerance and mutual respect. Chaque r\u00e9sident(e) doit prendre connaissance de ces documents lors de la confirmation de son admission.\r\n\r\nIls ont un caract\u00e8re contractuel et s\u2019appliquent aux r\u00e9sident(e)s, \u00e0 leur conjoint et enfants, aux invit\u00e9s et aux h\u00f4tes de passage, chacun pour la part qui le concerne. A ce titre, tout s\u00e9jour au sein de la Cit\u00e9 internationale universitaire de Paris implique l\u2019acceptation sans r\u00e9serve de l\u2019ensemble de ces dispositions.\r\n<h3>Titre 1 -\u00a0 A l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des r\u00e9sidents<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Article 1 : Livret d\u2019accueil et informations utiles<\/h4>\r\nLa maison met \u00e0 la disposition des r\u00e9sident(e)s l\u2019ensemble des informations utiles \u00e0 la vie dans la maison et qui peuvent prendre la forme d\u2019un livret d\u2019accueil.\r\n<h4>Article 2 : Etat des lieux d\u2019entr\u00e9e<\/h4>\r\nLes logements sont r\u00e9put\u00e9s en bon \u00e9tat, sauf indication contraire des r\u00e9sident(e)s dans les 24 heures de leur arriv\u00e9e. Les r\u00e9sident(e)s sont vivement invit\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 signaler toute d\u00e9gradation ou dysfonctionnement dans ce d\u00e9lai afin que les d\u00e9gradations ne leur soient pas imput\u00e9es en cours ou en fin de s\u00e9jour.\r\n<h4>Article 3 : Assurances<\/h4>\r\n<strong>Assurance dommages aux biens\u00a0:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s sont indemnis\u00e9(e)s pour tout dommage lorsque la responsabilit\u00e9 de la maison est engag\u00e9e (exemple\u00a0: dommage caus\u00e9 par une rupture de canalisation).\r\n\r\n<strong>Assurance responsabilit\u00e9 civile\u00a0:\u00a0<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent justifier d\u2019une assurance \u00ab\u00a0responsabilit\u00e9 civile\u00a0\u00bb d\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e.\r\n\r\n<strong>Assurance maladie\u00a0:<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent justifier qu\u2019ils sont titulaires d\u2019une assurance maladie valable en France d\u00e8s leur arriv\u00e9e.\r\n<h4>Article 4 : D\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie<\/h4>\r\nEn plus des arrhes pay\u00e9es au moment de la r\u00e9servation, et selon le type de s\u00e9jour, un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie correspondant \u00e0 un mois de redevance au maximum peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9. Il sert de garantie en cas d\u2019impay\u00e9s (y compris le non-respect du d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis) ou de d\u00e9gradations mat\u00e9rielles, sans pr\u00e9judice d\u2019une action en r\u00e9paration en cas d\u2019insuffisance de la garantie.\r\n\r\nA noter qu\u2019en cours de s\u00e9jour, les d\u00e9gradations mat\u00e9rielles imputables aux r\u00e9sidents leur sont factur\u00e9es directement. Un d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie pour la cl\u00e9 et le badge est \u00e9galement demand\u00e9. Il sert de garantie en cas de perte ou de d\u00e9gradation mat\u00e9rielle.\r\n<h4>Article 5 : Carte de r\u00e9sident<\/h4>\r\nSelon le type de s\u00e9jour, \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e des r\u00e9sident(e)s et sous r\u00e9serve que leur dossier soit complet, la maison d\u00e9livre une carte attestant la qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sident. Cette carte est personnelle et incessible. Cette carte peut \u00eatre demand\u00e9e \u00e0 tout moment par les services de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la Cit\u00e9 internationale universitaire de Paris.\r\n<h3>Titre 2 -\u00a0 Durant le s\u00e9jour des r\u00e9sidents<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Article 6 : Occupation des logements<\/h4>\r\nL\u2019attribution d\u2019un logement est strictement individuelle et du seul ressort de la direction. Toute cession d\u2019un logement, m\u00eame temporaire, gratuite ou non, est formellement interdite.\r\n\r\nToute\u00a0 infraction \u00e0 cette disposition peut entra\u00eener des poursuites \u00e0 l\u2019encontre de l\u2019occupant sans droit ni titre ainsi que la mise en \u0153uvre, \u00e0 l\u2019encontre du r\u00e9sident, de la proc\u00e9dure disciplinaire pr\u00e9vue par le r\u00e8glement des admissions.\r\n\r\nLa maison est avant tout, et \u00e0 toute \u00e9poque de l'ann\u00e9e, une r\u00e9sidence d'\u00e9tudiants et de chercheurs. Les r\u00e9sident(e)s n\u2019ont pas le droit d\u2019exercer une activit\u00e9 commerciale dans leur logement ni d\u2019y domicilier une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 ou une association.\r\n\r\nAucune permutation de logement entre r\u00e9sidents ni aucun ajout de mobilier ne peuvent \u00eatre effectu\u00e9s sans l\u2019accord pr\u00e9alable de la direction. Aucune photographie, aucune affiche, aucun objet ne peut \u00eatre accroch\u00e9 aux murs du logement par un moyen susceptible de les d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer. Aucun affichage ni message personnel n\u2019est autoris\u00e9 sur les portes ext\u00e9rieurs des logements.\r\n\r\nPour des questions de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne, les animaux ne sont pas admis dans la maison.\r\n<h4>Article 7 : Visiteurs - Invit\u00e9s<\/h4>\r\nToute personne \u00e9trang\u00e8re \u00e0 la maison, non accompagn\u00e9e d\u2019un(e) r\u00e9sident(e), doit se pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 l\u2019accueil pour faire annoncer sa visite. En cas d\u2019absence ou de refus du (de la) r\u00e9sident(e), l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la maison n\u2019est pas autoris\u00e9. Aucune visite ne peut se faire entre 23H00 et 7H00.\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s peuvent demander \u00e0 accueillir un invit\u00e9 (un seul \u00e0 la fois) pour une dur\u00e9e limit\u00e9e fix\u00e9e par la direction de la maison.\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent\u00a0:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>d\u00e9clarer imp\u00e9rativement \u00e0 l\u2019accueil de la maison l\u2019invit\u00e9 qu\u2019ils souhaitent h\u00e9berger pour une ou plusieurs nuits<\/li>\r\n \t<li>payer la contribution journali\u00e8re (cf. Grille tarifaire) lors de cette d\u00e9claration<\/li>\r\n \t<li>et faire la demande, s\u2019ils le souhaitent, d\u2019un lit suppl\u00e9mentaire 48 heures \u00e0 l\u2019avance (attention aux horaires d\u2019ouverture de la r\u00e9ception).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLa maison dispose d\u2019un nombre limit\u00e9 de lits d\u2019appoint. La non-disponibilit\u00e9 d\u2019un lit d\u2019appoint ne dispense pas les r\u00e9sidents de d\u00e9clarer leur invit\u00e9 ni de payer la contribution journali\u00e8re.\r\n\r\nLes nuits non \u00ab\u00a0utilis\u00e9es\u00a0\u00bb ne seront pas rembours\u00e9es.\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s r\u00e9pondent du comportement des personnes qu\u2019ils invitent.\r\n\r\nLes invit\u00e9s ne sont jamais autoris\u00e9s dans les chambres \u00ab\u00a0twin\u00a0\u00bb (deux r\u00e9sident(e)s colocataires qui ne sont pas en couple).\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent \u00eatre pr\u00e9sent(e)s lors du s\u00e9jour de leur invit\u00e9\u00a0: il ne peut s\u2019agir en aucun cas d\u2019une sous-location ni d\u2019un pr\u00eat.\r\n\r\nTarif : 10 euros par nuit.\r\n<h4>Article 8 : Paiement de la redevance<\/h4>\r\nLa redevance ne constitue pas un loyer mais la contrepartie du droit d\u2019occupation d\u2019un logement et d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un certain nombre de services qui y sont attach\u00e9s.\r\n\r\nLa grille tarifaire des redevances et des diff\u00e9rents services payants au sein de la maison est arr\u00eat\u00e9e chaque ann\u00e9e par son conseil d\u2019administration. Elle est disponible \u00e0 l\u2019accueil de la maison et sur son site internet. Les tarifs sont fixes et non n\u00e9gociables. Ils peuvent varier selon le statut du (de la) r\u00e9sident(e), son \u00e2ge, la dur\u00e9e de son s\u00e9jour et le type de logement.\r\n\r\nLa redevance doit \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9e \u00e0 la maison entre le 1<sup>er<\/sup> et le 5 de chaque mois.\r\n\r\nTout retard ou d\u00e9faut de paiement est susceptible de donner lieu \u00e0 des mesures disciplinaires pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019exclusion du (de la) r\u00e9sident(e) (cf. R\u00e8glement de l\u2019admission).\r\n\r\nA l\u2019exception des s\u00e9jours de courte dur\u00e9e (cf. grille tarifaire de la maison), toute quinzaine commenc\u00e9e est due. Cette r\u00e8gle est appliqu\u00e9e en d\u00e9but et en fin de s\u00e9jour.\r\n<h4>Article 9 : Absence - Maladie<\/h4>\r\nPour des raisons de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les r\u00e9sident(e)s sont fortement encourag\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir l\u2019administration de la maison de toute absence sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une semaine.\r\n\r\nEn cas de maladie, les r\u00e9sident(e)s sont invit\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 en informer la direction. Si leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 l'exige, ils (elles) seront dirig\u00e9(e)s vers un h\u00f4pital pour y \u00eatre soign\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 leurs frais.\r\n<h4>Article 10 : Entretien des logements<\/h4>\r\n<strong>Disposition g\u00e9n\u00e9rale<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s sont tenu(e)s de maintenir leur logement dans un bon \u00e9tat de propret\u00e9. A d\u00e9faut et apr\u00e8s deux rappels rest\u00e9s sans effet, des prestations de nettoyage pourront leur \u00eatre factur\u00e9es (cf. Grille tarifaire). Toute anomalie ou incident technique doit \u00eatre signal\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ception dans les meilleurs d\u00e9lais.\r\n\r\n<strong>Maintenance<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLa maintenance des logements \u00e9tant du ressort de la maison, il est n\u00e9cessaire que le personnel habilit\u00e9 puisse acc\u00e9der \u00e0 ces logements.\r\n\r\nDans le respect de la vie priv\u00e9e des r\u00e9sident(e)s, toute intervention de maintenance, de m\u00e9nage\u00a0 ou de r\u00e9paration qui peut \u00eatre planifi\u00e9e est port\u00e9e \u00e0 la connaissance des r\u00e9sident(e)s concern\u00e9(e)s (par mail, affichage, t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou courrier) qui sont inform\u00e9s du jour et du cr\u00e9neau horaire de passage du personnel.\r\n\r\nEn cas d\u2019urgence (d\u00e9g\u00e2t des eaux par exemple), le personnel habilit\u00e9 peut acc\u00e9der au logement sans d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance. Les r\u00e9sident(e)s sont inform\u00e9(e)s de l\u2019intervention qui a eu lieu.\r\n\r\n<strong>M\u00e9nage<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLe m\u00e9nage des logements est un service r\u00e9gulier et obligatoire.\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s, consid\u00e9r\u00e9(e)s comme pr\u00e9venu(e)s de ce passage du fait de l\u2019affichage du planning, doivent ranger leurs affaires afin de lui faciliter la t\u00e2che.\r\n\r\nLes draps sont chang\u00e9s r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement selon un planning pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet. Les draps sales doivent \u00eatre d\u00e9pos\u00e9s au pied du lit pour \u00eatre \u00e9chang\u00e9s.\r\n<h4>Article 11 : D\u00e9veloppement durable<\/h4>\r\nAfin d\u2019atteindre les objectifs de la Charte Cit\u00e9 durable, les r\u00e9sident(e)s s\u2019engagent \u00e0 respecter certaines consignes concernant la r\u00e9duction de la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie et d\u2019eau ainsi que le recyclage des d\u00e9chets qui leur seront communiqu\u00e9es au cours de leur s\u00e9jour.\u00a0 En outre ils devront \u00e9viter toute pollution indue et \u0153uvrer pour que la maison\u00a0 demeure un environnement sain et de qualit\u00e9.\r\n\r\nNonobstant la g\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9 de ce qui pr\u00e9c\u00e8de, les r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent\u00a0:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>\u00e9teindre lumi\u00e8res, lampes et appareils \u00e9lectriques qui ne servent pas dans leur chambre et dans les espaces communs ;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u00e9viter de laisser couler inutilement l\u2019eau dans les douches et lavabos ;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>en cas d\u2019absence, fermer les fen\u00eatres et les velux du toit pour \u00e9viter les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts d\u2019eau ;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>vider r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leur poubelle dans les conteneurs qui leur sont d\u00e9sign\u00e9s et en triant leurs d\u00e9chets.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nIl est interdit :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>de conserver des aliments p\u00e9rissables \u00e0 l\u2019air libre afin d\u2019\u00e9viter la prolif\u00e9ration d\u2019insectes\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>d\u2019\u00e9tendre du linge mouill\u00e9 dans les logements (risque de moisissures) ou de le pendre \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur des fen\u00eatres (respect de la fa\u00e7ade ext\u00e9rieure de la maison).<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nAu bout de trois rappels \u00e0 l\u2019ordre, des sanctions disciplinaires pourront \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9es.\r\n<h4>Article 12 : R\u00e8gles de vie en collectivit\u00e9<\/h4>\r\nLa vie en collectivit\u00e9 implique le partage de certaines valeurs comme la tol\u00e9rance et le respect mutuel. Au quotidien, les r\u00e9sident(e)s ont un r\u00f4le majeur dans la mise en \u0153uvre de ces principes.\r\n\r\nD\u2019une fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les r\u00e9sident(e)s s\u2019efforcent de limiter toute g\u00eane pour les autres occupants.\r\n\r\nA ce titre notamment, il est interdit :\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>de fumer (ce qui inclut la cigarette \u00e9lectronique) sauf dans les lieux express\u00e9ment d\u00e9sign\u00e9s par la direction ;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>d\u2019occasionner des nuisances sonores dans les chambres et espaces communs, tout bruit devant cesser entre 23 heures et 7 heures\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>de monopoliser pour des f\u00eates ou autres r\u00e9unions les cuisines ou autres espaces communs sans autorisation de la direction.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent signaler sans d\u00e9lai \u00e0 l\u2019administration de la maison toute infestation d\u2019insectes ou de nuisibles.\r\n<h4>Article 13 : Espaces communs<\/h4>\r\nChaque maison dispose d\u2019espaces communs. Les r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent respecter les r\u00e8gles d\u2019utilisation et les horaires d\u2019ouverture qui sont affich\u00e9es ou pr\u00e9cis\u00e9es dans le livret d\u2019accueil. Ils doivent, entre autres, laver et ranger leurs vaisselle et apr\u00e8s usage nettoyer\u00a0 les plans de travail, les appareils \u00e9lectro-m\u00e9nagers, les \u00e9viers et les tables dans les cuisines ou autres espaces communs.\r\n<h4>Article 14 : Comit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sidents<\/h4>\r\nUn comit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sidents est \u00e9lu chaque ann\u00e9e, en d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e universitaire.\r\n\r\nIl contribue \u00e0 la vie culturelle, artistique, sociale et sportive de la maison, veille \u00e0 la bonne entente de la communaut\u00e9, aux \u00e9changes entre les r\u00e9sident(e)s et avec la direction, en lien, le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant, avec les comit\u00e9s des autres maisons de la Cit\u00e9.\r\n\r\nLe comit\u00e9 est l\u2019interlocuteur privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 des r\u00e9sident(e)s aupr\u00e8s de la direction pour d\u00e9battre des sujets, requ\u00eates ou probl\u00e8mes rencontr\u00e9s.\r\n\r\nUn budget lui est allou\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e par la maison.\r\n<h4>Article 15 : Expressions, r\u00e9unions, affichage<\/h4>\r\nLa maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois garantit \u00e0 ses r\u00e9sident(e)s l\u2019exercice de leurs libert\u00e9s d\u2019expression et de r\u00e9union.\r\n\r\nCes libert\u00e9s s\u2019exercent dans le strict respect du pluralisme des opinions, et des droits et libert\u00e9s des autres r\u00e9sident(e)s, ainsi que des valeurs, id\u00e9aux et r\u00e8glements g\u00e9n\u00e9raux de la Cit\u00e9, en excluant toute forme de pros\u00e9lytisme.\r\n\r\nEn mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9unions, les r\u00e9sidents sont libres de se r\u00e9unir entre eux dans les espaces d\u00e9di\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet. Toute manifestation avec des invit\u00e9s ext\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois, de m\u00eame que toute manifestation dans le Salon sont soumises \u00e0 l\u2019autorisation pr\u00e9alable de la direction.\r\n\r\nUn panneau d\u2019affichage est mis \u00e0 disposition des r\u00e9sident(e)s, sous la responsabilit\u00e9 du comit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sidents. Toute communication ext\u00e9rieure donnant lieu \u00e0 un affichage ou \u00e0 une diffusion dans la maison doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9alablement vis\u00e9e par la direction.\r\n<h4>Article 16 : S\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/h4>\r\n<strong>Acc\u00e8s au b\u00e2timent<\/strong>\r\n\r\nPour des raisons \u00e9videntes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, les r\u00e9sident(e)s sont invit\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 faire preuve d\u2019une constante vigilance pour pr\u00e9server la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de tous. A cette fin, les r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent veiller \u00e0\u00a0:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>ne pas donner leur badge d\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des tierces personnes (visiteurs, livreurs\u2026), mais descendre en personne pour leur ouvrir la porte\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>s\u2019assurer que la porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e principale est correctement referm\u00e9e et ne pas faire entrer derni\u00e8re eux des personnes inconnues\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>ne pas faire entrer des visiteurs par les issues de secours\u00a0;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>\u00eatre particuli\u00e8rement attentif au badge et \u00e0 la cl\u00e9 qui leur sont confi\u00e9s \u00e0 leur arriv\u00e9e.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nLe badge et la cl\u00e9 pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 la maison et au logement des r\u00e9sident(e)s sont strictement personnels. Ils ne doivent pas \u00eatre pr\u00eat\u00e9e. En cas de perte, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie pay\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e sera conserv\u00e9 par l\u2019administration.\r\n\r\nEn dehors des heures d\u2019ouverture de l\u2019administration de la maison, la perte de la carte d\u2019acc\u00e8s\/ la cl\u00e9 ou son oubli \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du logement n\u00e9cessitant l\u2019intervention du service de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la CIUP pour ouvrir le logement d\u2019un r\u00e9sident donneront lieu au paiement d\u2019une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 forfaitaire (cf. Grille tarifaire de la maison), en plus des frais de remplacement de la carte d\u2019acc\u00e8s\/ la cl\u00e9 le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant.\r\n\r\n<strong>R\u00e8gles \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9<\/strong>\r\n\r\nA l\u2019int\u00e9rieur du b\u00e2timent, les r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent veiller aux mesures \u00e9l\u00e9mentaires de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.\r\n\r\nEn cas d\u2019absence, m\u00eame de courte dur\u00e9e, les r\u00e9sident(e)s s\u2019assurent de la fermeture de leur porte et de leur fen\u00eatre (surtout pour les logements du rez-de-chauss\u00e9e) afin d\u2019\u00e9viter les intrusions et les vols.\r\n\r\nIl est interdit de d\u00e9poser ou suspendre des objets sur le rebord des fen\u00eatres, ainsi que de s\u2019assoir sur les appuis de fen\u00eatre. La maison d\u00e9cline toute responsabilit\u00e9 en cas d\u2019accident.\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent ranger leurs v\u00e9los dans le lieu pr\u00e9vu \u00e0 cet effet. Aucun engin \u00e0 moteur ne peut y \u00eatre entrepos\u00e9.\r\n\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s ne sont pas autoris\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 stationner leur v\u00e9hicule dans l\u2019enceinte de la CIUP. Une autorisation exceptionnelle peut \u00eatre accord\u00e9e pour une dur\u00e9e maximale de deux heures \u00e0 l\u2019occasion d\u2019un emm\u00e9nagement ou d\u2019un d\u00e9m\u00e9nagement.\u00a0 Cette autorisation est \u00e0 demander \u00e0 la direction de la maison qui prend contact avec le service de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de la CIUP.\r\n\r\n<strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Incendie<\/strong>\r\n\r\nLes dispositifs d\u2019\u00e9vacuation et d\u2019alarme incendie garantissent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des r\u00e9sident(e)s.\r\n\r\nTout acte emp\u00eachant ou limitant leur fonctionnement normal entrainera des sanctions disciplinaires pouvant aller jusqu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019exclusion du (de la) r\u00e9sident(e) ainsi qu\u2019une p\u00e9nalit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant (remplacement d\u2019un extincteur par exemple) selon la grille tarifaire de la maison.\r\n\r\nPour garantir une \u00e9vacuation efficace des r\u00e9sidents en cas d\u2019incendie, les circulations, les cages d\u2019escalier, les escaliers, les issues de secours doivent rest\u00e9s d\u00e9gag\u00e9s et ne doivent pas \u00eatre encombr\u00e9s d\u2019objets.\r\n\r\nDe m\u00eame, les issues de secours sont pourvues de dispositifs de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 incendie (barre anti-panique, alarme) dont le bon fonctionnement doit \u00eatre pr\u00e9serv\u00e9. C\u2019est pourquoi il est interdit d\u2019utiliser les issues de secours comme moyen d\u2019acc\u00e8s ou de sortie du b\u00e2timent (sauf au cours d\u2019un exercice d\u2019\u00e9vacuation ou en cas d\u2019incendie).\r\n\r\nAfin de limiter les risques d\u2019incendie, certains \u00e9quipements, hormis ceux fournis par la maison, ne sont pas autoris\u00e9s dans les logements\u00a0:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>appareils \u00e0 forte consommation \u00e9lectrique (autocuiseur, plaques de cuisson, micro-ondes, radiateur, climatiseur\u2026)<\/li>\r\n \t<li>les appareils \u00e0 gaz<\/li>\r\n \t<li>les bougies.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nSeuls les mat\u00e9riels \u00e9lectriques et \u00e9lectroniques courants sont autoris\u00e9s\u00a0: appareils Hi-FI, de vid\u00e9o, de t\u00e9l\u00e9phonie, mat\u00e9riel informatique, s\u00e8che-cheveux ou bouilloire de faible intensit\u00e9 \u00e9lectrique.\r\n\r\nEn cas d\u2019infraction, le (la) r\u00e9sident(e) est somm\u00e9(e) par \u00e9crit de retirer sans d\u00e9lai l\u2019appareil prohib\u00e9 de son logement. Il peut l\u2019entreposer dans le local de stockage indiqu\u00e9 par l\u2019administration de la maison jusqu\u2019\u00e0 son d\u00e9part. A d\u00e9faut, l\u2019appareil pourra \u00eatre retir\u00e9 par le personnel habilit\u00e9 de la maison et conserv\u00e9 jusqu\u2019au d\u00e9part du (de la) r\u00e9sident(e).\r\n\r\nEn cas de question ou de probl\u00e8me li\u00e9 \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein de la Cit\u00e9 internationale universitaire de Paris, le service de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est \u00e0 la disposition des maisons et des r\u00e9sident(e)s.\r\n\r\n24H\/24H\u00a0 \u25ba Poste Central de S\u00e9curit\u00e9\u00a0: 01 43 13 65 10\r\n<h3>Titre 3 -\u00a0 Au d\u00e9part des r\u00e9sidents<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Article 17 : D\u00e9part anticip\u00e9<\/h4>\r\nSi les r\u00e9sident(e)s souhaitent quitter les lieux avant l\u2019expiration de la p\u00e9riode pour laquelle ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 admis, ils devront en avertir l\u2019administration de la maison\u00a0:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>pour les s\u00e9jours sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 3 mois\u00a0: au moins un mois avant son d\u00e9part.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>pour les s\u00e9jours entre 1 et 3 mois\u00a0: au moins quinze jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\nDans tous les cas, il est rappel\u00e9 que toute quinzaine commenc\u00e9e est due.\r\n\r\nLe jour de leur d\u00e9part, les r\u00e9sident(e)s sont tenu(e)s de lib\u00e9rer leur logement avant l\u2019heure indiqu\u00e9e par la maison. A d\u00e9faut, une nuit\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire sera due.\r\n<h4>Article 18 : Etat des lieux de sortie<\/h4>\r\nAvant leur d\u00e9part, les r\u00e9sident(e)s doivent signer un \u00e9tat des lieux de sortie effectu\u00e9 avec un repr\u00e9sentant de l\u2019administration de la maison. Si des d\u00e9gradations sont constat\u00e9es, leur co\u00fbt financier pourra \u00eatre d\u00e9duit du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie.\r\n\r\nSi les r\u00e9sident(e)s ne signent pas l\u2019\u00e9tat des lieux, ils ne pourront pas contester par la suite les \u00e9ventuelles retenues faites sur leur d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie.\r\n<h4>Article 19 : Courrier<\/h4>\r\nLes r\u00e9sident(e)s ne peuvent recevoir que le courrier qui leur est personnellement destin\u00e9. En cas de d\u00e9part temporaire ou d\u00e9finitif, la maison n'est pas tenue de conserver leur courrier, ni habilit\u00e9e \u00e0 le remettre \u00e0 un tiers, r\u00e9sident(e) ou non. Tout changement d'adresse temporaire ou d\u00e9finitif doit \u00eatre communiqu\u00e9 au bureau de poste.\r\n<h4>Article 20 : Bagagerie<\/h4>\r\nUne bagagerie permet d\u2019entreposer les effets personnels que les r\u00e9sidents ne souhaitent pas conserver dans leur chambre. Tout(e) r\u00e9sident(e) quittant d\u00e9finitivement la Maison des \u00e9tudiants su\u00e9dois est tenu(e) de retirer ses bagages du local de la bagagerie. Le d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie ne pourra \u00eatre rembours\u00e9 qu\u2019apr\u00e8s le retrait complet des bagages du\/de la r\u00e9sident(e). A d\u00e9faut, \u00e0 l\u2019expiration d\u2019un d\u00e9lai d\u2019un an et un jour \u00e0 compter de la date du d\u00e9part du\/de la r\u00e9sident(e) et apr\u00e8s avoir contact\u00e9 ou tent\u00e9 de contacter l\u2019ancien(ne) r\u00e9sident(e), la maison est en droit d\u2019en disposer.\r\n<h4>Article 21\u00a0: restitution du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie<\/h4>\r\nLe d\u00e9p\u00f4t de garantie est restitu\u00e9 aux r\u00e9sidents sortants, d\u00e9duction faite le cas \u00e9ch\u00e9ant des divers impay\u00e9s (redevance, d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis, d\u00e9gradations).\r\n\r\nLe remboursement est effectu\u00e9 sous deux mois maximum, \u00e0 condition qu\u2019ils aient retir\u00e9 tous leurs effets personnels.\r\n<h3>Titre 4 -\u00a0 Sanctions disciplinaires<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Article 22 : Avertissement<\/h4>\r\nToute infraction au pr\u00e9sent r\u00e8glement particulier peut donner lieu \u00e0 un avertissement qui sera notifi\u00e9 par un courrier de la direction de la maison.\r\n<h4>Article 23 : Retrait de la qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sident<\/h4>\r\nEn cas d\u2019infraction grave ou r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9e, le directeur de la maison peut prononcer le retrait de la qualit\u00e9 de r\u00e9sident et engager des poursuites judiciaires \u00e0 son encontre.\r\n<h3>Titre 5 -\u00a0 Dispositions particuli\u00e8res<\/h3>\r\n<h4>Article 24 : Vid\u00e9oprotection<\/h4>\r\nCertains espaces communs peuvent \u00eatre plac\u00e9s sous vid\u00e9oprotection pour des raison de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.
